Since 1993, Charles has worked
in marketing & communications. He began his career in the traditional
advertising world executing print, radio, and television campaigns. Early
on, he saw the communication potential of digital networks and developed
an expertise in the Information Technolgy industry with an emphasis in user
interface design. Charles has been recognized as a thought leader developing leading edge solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Charles Schwab, Korean Airlines, Nissan of North America, and Mercedes Benz. His concepts and management skills effectively address the combined strategic and user-centered concerns of digital initiatives, especially for multi-national, multi-divisional corporations.
